Though many clients have a clear picture of the training required, some need an assessment. We take a very practical approach to assessment; no complicated surveys, no 360° feedback, no heavy dialogues about paradigm-shifting… Instead, we look at:
We prefer to assess on-site because that is the best way to gather a lot of information in a short period of time. Though assessment clarifies performance issues, we also use our time on-site to accomplish some other cool things, such as:
